What you will do

• Act as the strategic account lead, defining goals and developing full customer lifecycle strategies for clients.
• Lead discovery and onboarding processes to translate customer needs into actionable strategic plans.
• Oversee demand generation, sales/CRM, and customer success tactics to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Directly manage and develop 1-2 Marketing Specialists.
• Provide monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on ROI and performance data.
• Manage campaign budgets, scope, and effective billing rate (EBR) goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
• Deep expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem and required HubSpot essential certifications.
• Proven experience leading a team of professionals on client accounts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interacting with C-Suite executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare, Professional Services, SaaS, Education, Manufacturing, or Senior Living.
