What you will do

• Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare concise briefing materials for the EVP ahead of external calls.
• Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders.
• Manage and execute post-meeting communications, ensuring no deal stalls due to administrative friction.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure pitch decks and collateral are tailored for named accounts.
• Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking the movement of executive-led deals through the pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role.
• 1+ year in CRM management- Hubspot preferred.
• You are a "finisher" and take pride in the details.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills.
• You are comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
