What you will do

  • Define project requirements and scope in collaboration with Business and Technology teams.
  • Plan, design, and deliver complete MDM solutions as a technical infrastructure expert.
  • Lead project teams through business needs analysis and hirify.global One product implementations.
  • Provide technical consultancy and manage the smooth transition of projects to Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to drive the development of custom solutions.
  • Customize and deliver hirify.global Professional Services offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux and Windows server design, administration, and monitoring.
  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure services, server hardware, networking, and databases.
  • Experience with system automation and network/systems management or security.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Gothenburg, Sweden

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CPM, MPM, PPM).
  • Certifications in Technical Writing (CPTC) or Risk Management (ITIL Expert, CRM, CRISK).
  • Experience with the deployment and integration of MDM solutions.
