What you will do

• Build and maintain the consolidated Retail and Field Excellence master plan across EMEA markets.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from NPD planning and range reviews to live trading in store.
• Act as the primary interface for Retail and Field Excellence within the Retail Readiness function.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of NPD samples, demo units, and dummy products for store launches.
• Oversee the maintenance of the installed retail estate, including graphic updates and retrofit programs.
• Partner with field teams to monitor execution quality and trigger corrective maintenance actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail programme or project management.
• Proven track record in managing in-store product launches and retail readiness processes.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and field execution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain and Sales.
• Fluent written and verbal English is essential.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
