What you will do

• Lead cross-vendor software development teams to achieve common project goals.
• Facilitate Agile Kanban and Scrum methodologies, organizing daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and releases.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver business value.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and as a Squad Leader or Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework.
• Proven track record of leading successful software projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, specifically JIRA.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Brazil.
