TL;DR

Location: USA (Remote). Periodic travel is expected.

What you will do

• Install and deploy the Imogen platform into client cloud environments in collaboration with infosec and IT teams.
• Lead technical discovery of customer cloud infrastructure to adapt the platform to their public cloud estate.
• Apply XP engineering practices including pair programming, TDD, refactoring, and CI/CD.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow for co-writing code and managing agents.
• Onboard client developers and mentor new team members on technical practices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the operational readiness of delivered systems.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience in a team-based environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong proficiency in XP practices such as pair programming and test-driven development.
• Experience or strong passion for cloud infrastructure and related tooling.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical training.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Proficiency in deploying applications on Kubernetes using Helm, Docker, or Nix.
• Ability to write infrastructure scripts and CLI tools using Go or Bash.
• Experience developing Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) products.
• Comfort with client-facing roles and troubleshooting network/security issues.
