Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps/Cloud): Designing, implementing, and operating robust infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to secure and scale software supply chains with an accent on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)

Salary: $150,000 – $210,000/year

What you will do

• Own the design and ongoing operation of infrastructure and build/release pipelines.
• Deploy IaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm to support platform needs.
• Operate cloud-based CI/CD pipelines applying shift-left DevSecOps principles.
• Manage Kubernetes-based deployments across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments.
• Improve observability across metrics, events, logs, and traces.
• Collaborate with Product to drive roadmap direction and improve software delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying IaC and automation in production environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset.
• Strong background in operating Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Experience building packaging for diverse runtime environments (cloud, on-prem, air-gapped).
• Technical proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Go.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and design documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP or US Government network security requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC security tooling (SCA, DAST, SAST).
• Experience deploying and supporting self-hosted LLMs.
• Skills in Zarf or Packer for edge/on-prem deployments.
