What you will do
- Engage and onboard new users via live chat, email, and phone to establish strong relationships.
- Provide empathetic and resourceful customer service to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
- Perform technical operations tasks to keep the platform running smoothly.
- Manage patient health information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine processes that scale with company growth.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship).
- Experience supporting end users within early-stage startups or technology retail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, hungry mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work modified hours on holidays and/or weekends.
