What you will do

• Deliver Artel pipetting technique and pipette quality management certification programs through presentations and one-on-one coaching.
• Perform system installations, validations, and customer training onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and laboratory workflow issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials, train internal teams, and support employee onboarding.
• Build customer relationships and provide consultative technical support.
• Support trade shows, conferences, demonstrations, and customer events while traveling extensively.

Requirements

• Experience developing training materials and delivering technical training programs.
• Customer-facing experience with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments using GMP, GLP, and ISO systems.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, presentation software, and e-learning platforms.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with laboratory instrumentation, liquid handling, or quality management workflows.
• Consultative customer support experience.
