What you will do
- Provide frontline support via calls, emails, and error reports for Nextech software applications.
- Document and resolve support incidents following company guidelines.
- Schedule and perform software upgrades.
- Investigate software exceptions and escalate advanced issues appropriately.
- Maintain detailed notes in the ticketing system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work.
- Minimum 1 year experience in software troubleshooting with customers.
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, and ERISA.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Zoom Contact Center or similar call center software.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.
