What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend architectures aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Analyze and approve technical specifications for service development across teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between backend systems, frontend components, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize system performance and reliability to handle high traffic loads and resolve bottlenecks.
• Define coding standards and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of internal systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in backend development (Go, Java, Python).
• 3+ years in an architect role focused on distributed, high-load systems.
• Strong background in object-oriented design, multithreading, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in writing clear and structured technical documentation.
