What you will do

• Define product identities from the ground up in collaboration with product and insights teams.
• Lead the development of scalable campaign platforms and visual systems.
• Own the visual ecosystem across packaging, Amazon, DTC, retail, video, and social channels.
• Utilize AI tools and Figma to accelerate concepting, exploration, and production.
• Act as a hands-on player-coach, mentoring designers and presenting creative work to stakeholders.
• Shape product positioning and opportunity areas upstream.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in design or art direction at a senior or lead level.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and the ability to launch product identities from 0 to 1.
• Proven experience designing across brand and performance channels, including packaging and DTC.
• Fluency in Figma and modern creative workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into the creative process.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Needham, MA or New York City.
