What you will do

• Develop technology learning programs aligned with digital strategy and Global IT Strategy CoC priorities.
• Design scalable, learner-centered solutions using e-learning, tutorials, coaching, and blended learning.
• Integrate emerging technologies and digital trends into learning content to strengthen readiness.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and engagement through assessments, surveys, and analytics.
• Manage training platforms, budgets, tools, and external vendor relationships.
• Support global and regional technology rollouts by creating adoption resources and change-management guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8-10 years of related experience required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bethlehem, PA.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules and travel occasionally as needed.
• Advanced knowledge of professional instructional design and technology training.
