Strategic Sales & Analytics Intern (Business Analytics)

Strategic Sales & Analytics Intern (Business Analytics): Supporting the Strategic Planning Operations team in executing the monthly operating model and reporting on business health with an accent on cross-functional coordination and risk identification. Focus on optimizing operating models, tracking strategy readiness for product launches, and developing global best practices.

Location: Must be based in Needham, MA (at least 1 day per week onsite). No relocation assistance provided.

Salary: $26 - $33 USD per hour

What you will do

• Facilitate interaction between cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products are winning in the market.
• Manage weekly cross-functional meetings to identify performance risks and drive team accountability for corrective actions.
• Identify and track weekly and monthly deliverables for the SS&A teams.
• Optimize the Monthly operating model by leveraging insights from other regions.
• Track strategy readiness for new product launches.
• Establish and document global best practices in company playbooks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule (10-16 hours/week) with at least 1 day per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables.
• Major in Project Management, Business, or Analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Project (or similar), PPT, Visio, or SmartSheet.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action and accountability.
