Salary: $150,500 - $266,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead the art direction and visual creative vision for Shark Beauty across brand campaigns and product launches.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Associate Creative Directors, designers, and art directors.
• Drive concept development across social, digital, experiential, OTT, retail, Amazon, and DTC channels.
• Define and evolve the brand's visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with product development and marketing teams to influence storytelling and packaging.
• Present creative rationale and business impact to senior executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership or art direction at a top agency or consumer brand.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional art direction, design systems, and visually distinctive brand work.
• Proven experience building premium, culture-led brands.
• Mastery of design tools including Figma, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience leading global campaigns and adapting creative for regional markets.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site 3x a week in New York, NY or Needham, MA.
