What you will do

• Act as an account manager for Maine businesses seeking international expansion.
• Provide tailored export counseling and research to meet unique business needs.
• Identify and connect with entrepreneurs and organizations statewide to promote international trade.
• Establish strategic partnerships with businesses, associations, and governmental organizations.
• Coordinate trade shows, delegations, and educational programming.
• Assist in developing and presenting workshops and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of work-related experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Portland, ME (Monday–Friday).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% in-state and occasionally internationally.
