What you will do

• Lead the execution of research projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and providing strategic input.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Mentor and support Research Executives to foster their professional growth.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape team best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Q, SPSS, Decipher, or similar research tools.
