What you will do

• Execute on M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation, diligence coordination, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Build and own detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions.
• Support deal negotiations by analyzing terms, sensitivities, and value drivers.
• Create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions.
• Support the identification and prioritization of acquisition, partnership, and build-vs-buy opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support integration planning and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or a combination thereof.
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review complex models.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills; ability to produce executive-ready materials.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously across parallel transactions.
