What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner to Business Development and Marketing leadership to guide investment and capacity planning.
• Lead strategic financial planning processes including MBRs, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Manage commissions forecasting and accruals to ensure visibility into performance vs. plan.
• Evaluate go-to-market investments, partnership opportunities, and pricing strategies via rigorous modeling.
• Synthesize operational data into clear, executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with commercial leadership on territory and revenue planning to ensure targets are achievable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing leaders.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business judgment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Must be located in Luxembourg and available for hybrid work (3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical tools like SQL and financial reporting software (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan).
• Strong interest in or previous knowledge of the FinTech/Crypto industry.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, management, or finance.
