What you will do

• Design, build, and ship multi-step, multi-modal agentic workflows (voice, SMS, video, chat, web) tailored to customer use cases.
• Solve complex technical challenges including real-time EHR data flows and adaptive patient journeys.
• Translate operational needs from stakeholders into scalable technical architectures for agentic workflows.
• Contribute to the core platform by developing reusable workflow primitives and shared infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and clinical teams to align deployments with company goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, testable, and well-structured code.
• Experience with real-time integrations, APIs, and webhooks in production.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows and orchestration across tools and services.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Startup or early-stage experience in high-ambiguity environments.
• Track record of translating direct end-user needs into technical solutions.
