What you will do

• Develop and deploy production multi-turn LLM features, including summarization tools and conversational agents.
• Build backend services in Python to integrate LLM agents with the hirify.global platform.
• Implement prompting, grounding, and safety strategies to optimize model outputs in clinical workflows.
• Establish AI feature quality testing, LLM evaluation for accuracy and hallucinations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with medical and product teams to ensure AI features reflect real clinical reasoning.
• Stay current with the latest LLM research and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and implementing production LLM applications, specifically conversational or agent-based systems.
• Proficiency with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with model evaluation and monitoring frameworks for conversational quality.
• Knowledge of MCP and agent orchestration tools.
• Deep understanding of data engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
