What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and autonomous action.
• Integrate agents with external systems using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security in multi-agent environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business needs.
• Research and implement emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python.
• Expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom AI agents for enterprise workflows like service request triage and proactive support.
• Working knowledge of agent lifecycle management and AI profiles for model selection.
• Exposure to multi-agent collaboration and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Experience with PL/SQL or Java.
