What you will do

• Design and build core systems for multi-agent collaboration and execution of complex business workflows in production.
• Develop an automation layer that turns business processes into agent-driven workflows with structured data models and human-in-the-loop review queues.
• Architect systems that dynamically generate functional user interfaces from agent outputs and structured data models.
• Own the integration layer and MCP infrastructure connecting the platform to internal and external systems like Slack, Notion, and Salesforce.
• Shape platform architecture and drive AI-powered product delivery as a technical leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time in senior or staff-level roles.
• Production experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems running against real data.
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns: prompt engineering, tool use, RAG pipelines, and structured output parsing.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals in TypeScript/Node.js and event-driven architectures.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers, LLM-based validation, or spec-driven development workflows.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
