What you will do

• Analyze gameplay data and player activity to detect sophisticated patterns of bots, collusion, and real-time assistance tools.
• Lead complex investigations into suspicious behavior and determine appropriate actions based on integrity policies.
• Partner with the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager to develop monitoring tools and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Risk, Payments, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and fair player experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts.
• Identify emerging risks and contribute to the evolution of game integrity frameworks and SOPs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game integrity or related roles, preferably within the poker industry.
• Deep understanding of bot detection, RTA detection, collusion, and chip dumping.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Experience working with R, Python, or similar data querying tools.
• Significant online poker expertise and a history of serious play.
