What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models following best practices for performance and usability.
• Build and optimize lakehouse tables and transformations required for high-quality reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to align BI models with backend data structures and resolve data-quality issues.
• Implement Git-based development workflows and participate in CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments.
• Partner with BI Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver incremental value via Scrum/Kanban.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development patterns to ensure consistency across BI assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DBT, and Git.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and Power Query.
• Strong grasp of UX principles in BI design and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts, including both morning and afternoon schedules.

Nice to have

• Certification PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst.
• Certification DP-600: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer.
• Certification DP-605: Develop Reports with Power BI.
