Location: Brisbane (Must be available to work 9:30am to 6:30pm Brisbane Time)

What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain productive client relationships and collaborate with technicians for superior outcomes.
- Effectively manage daily schedules for technicians and coordinate support staff.
- Handle client servicing requests, emergency breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance across various communication channels.
- Administer maintenance contracts, including quoting and invoicing for specialized jobs.
- Organize preventative servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Process inbound calls and emails promptly, coordinating with subcontractors as needed.
Requirements
- Strong record in customer service or service account management.
- Impeccable English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM and Customer Support platforms.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
