TL;DR

Location: Brisbane (Must be available to work 9:30am to 6:30pm Brisbane Time)

What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain productive client relationships and collaborate with technicians for superior outcomes.
  • Effectively manage daily schedules for technicians and coordinate support staff.
  • Handle client servicing requests, emergency breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance across various communication channels.
  • Administer maintenance contracts, including quoting and invoicing for specialized jobs.
  • Organize preventative servicing and maintenance schedules.
  • Process inbound calls and emails promptly, coordinating with subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong record in customer service or service account management.
  • Impeccable English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM and Customer Support platforms.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
