What you will do

• Work with the Account Manager and Service Manager to meet client and contractor needs.
• Recommend client delivery improvements to enhance customer service.
• Support contractors from onboarding to offboarding, including pre-access, immigration, travel, and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, driving retention and referrals.
• Assist with incident management, HR issue escalation, and quality control processes.
• Drive a culture of strong relationships and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Administrative, HR, or Customer Service experience.
• Experience mobilizing high volumes of contractors to tight time frames.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), ATS, or CRM.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand and deliver to business processes and needs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to document and deliver complex business processes.
• Able to work independently while managing priorities.
