What you will do

  • Lead the team to ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority payment issues.
  • Manage workload distribution, shift schedules, team capacity, and staff competency development.
  • Report key operational metrics and performance to management.
  • Drive new initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Customer Support and Sales to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, preferably within the forex or fintech industry.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
