What you will do
- Achieve sales targets and develop the Surgical Workplaces business unit in the assigned area.
- Conduct technical training and present products to healthcare professionals.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
- Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage demo equipment and inventory movement according to SOPs and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Medical Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (verbal and written).
- Solid understanding of the local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy.
- Intermediate to advanced negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
