What you will do

• Lead hands-on development using Java and React to ensure platform scalability and security.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to maintain and optimize the AWS-based ecosystem.
• Establish engineering standards, including CI/CD pipelines and robust code review processes.
• Bridge the gap between London stakeholders and nearshore development teams to maintain consistency.
• Mentor developers and foster a high-achieving engineering environment through coaching.
• Align API design and technical roadmaps with business value and priorities for senior executives.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Proven track record of building and deploying on AWS, including serverless components and data pipelines.
• Experience leading and enabling remote or nearshore teams.
• Ability to provide technical leadership in a consultative, fast-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume data streaming or programmatic advertising platforms (Ad-Tech).
