What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineers across multiple projects, fostering growth in both frontend and backend capabilities.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of features spanning React applications and PHP/Go backend services.
• Drive the internationalization and white-labelling of products to support customers in multiple countries.
• Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems and evolve APIs for third-party integrations.
• Establish comprehensive testing strategies and maintain high technical standards for full-stack development.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders and guide the technical roadmap for applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency across the full stack.
• Proven experience mentoring or technically leading engineers.
• Strong background in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the modern frontend ecosystem.
• Commercial experience with PHP & Laravel (or Symfony) and proven experience in Go.
• Expertise in relational databases, in-memory data stores, and query optimization.
• Strong testing practices using Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, and PHPUnit.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepo tooling like Yarn workspaces or Turborepo.
• Knowledge of payment systems integration and GraphQL.
• Experience scaling applications for international markets or working in the mobility sector.
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and time-series databases.
• Prior experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
