Senior FP&A Analyst (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Oversee revenue forecasting and actuals tracking for a ~$20M product line portfolio.
• Perform margin and profitability evaluations, focusing on pricing, warranty, and cost drivers.
• Manage the ~$40M yearly Power Test Engineering global budget.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide financial modeling and spend evaluation.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), monthly reviews, and reporting packages.
• Drive the integration of business units into Oracle Fusion ERP to improve data accuracy and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany (local candidates only).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, or Power BI.
