What you will do

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the CTO and CPO.
• Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Tech & Product divisions.
• Drive variance analysis, KPI steering, and performance management.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Challenge and support investment decisions within engineering and product teams.
• Improve and automate existing FP&A processes and reporting structures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Proven track record supporting tech, product, or digital business units.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and performance steering skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities to influence leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools such as Power BI or PowerQuery.
• English fluency required.
