What you will do

• Prepare and monitor revenue-focused business plans to enable quick strategic steering.
• Support board meeting preparations and financing rounds through financial presentations.
• Manage financial planning processes, including revenue insights, trend analysis, and OpEx planning.
• Generate monthly business and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with data teams to facilitate the delivery of financial dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and cloud-based planning tools.
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Deep understanding of customer cohorts, lifetime value (LTV), and marketing ROI.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, R, or Python.
