Manufacturing Engineer (Industrial)

What you will do

• Support contract manufacturers in executing assembly processes and ECN implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure defined quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for assembly-related issues and deviation authorization.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Interface with NPI Ops and Engineering teams during the release of new assemblies or revisions.
• Drive operational improvements and incorporate field quality feedback into production.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in complex box build assembly.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technology and engineering departments to resolve issues.
• Must be local to the position location (no relocation or visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
