What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain a highly available Cloud Infrastructure platform for hirify.global Certificate Manager.
• Optimize the CI/CD ecosystem to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SRE best practices and cloud-native design patterns.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives to eliminate manual toil and improve system consistency.
• Manage incident response and perform root cause analysis in 24/7 production environments.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience architecting infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced expertise in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions).
• Must be based in the United States.

• DevSecOps mindset and familiarity with security-first practices.
• Professional certifications like CKA/CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers on cloud technologies.
