What you will do
- Respond to customer enquiries in Cantonese, Korean, and English.
- Process and validate client requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update client records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support issue resolution and troubleshooting for platform users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle complex client requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Cantonese, Korean, and English fluent.
Nice to have
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
- Experience with generative AI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
