What you will do

• Create and execute motion graphics, animation, and branded visual systems across campaigns, social content, internal communications, and events.
• Edit video content with strong pacing, rhythm, and narrative clarity to deliver polished, on-brand storytelling.
• Translate creative briefs and art direction into high-quality deliverables in partnership with writers, designers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage versioning, localization, and final asset delivery while ensuring files meet required technical specifications and quality standards.
• Support pre-production planning, including visual planning and shot-list development, and provide on-set production support as needed.
• Maintain a high bar for brand consistency by applying hirify.global’s visual guidelines across motion and video outputs.

Requirements

• You have 3–5 years of experience in video editing and motion design within an agency, in-house creative team, or production environment.
• You bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates motion graphics, animation, video editing, and storytelling craft.
• You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with experience in motion systems, typography animation, and brand-driven design.
• You understand video production from pre-production through post-production and can flex into production support when needed.
• You are highly organized, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain strong file management practices.

Nice to have

• A bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Animation, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting production on set, familiarity with scalable brand or motion systems, and interest in emerging storytelling formats are a plus.
