• Build and maintain iOS features that improve onboarding, activation, and user retention.
• Write clean, testable Swift code and contribute to improving app performance and reliability.
• Partner with product managers and designers to implement features that improve conversion and engagement metrics.
• Analyze experiment results and iterate on features to improve user outcomes.
• Contribute to code reviews and share knowledge to support team development.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience building and shipping iOS applications using Swift.
• You have experience improving app performance, reliability, and user experience in production environments.
• You are comfortable working with product and design partners to deliver user-facing features tied to measurable outcomes.
• You have experience using experimentation or A/B testing to guide product decisions.
• You communicate clearly and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
