What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the iOS experience, from technical architecture and performance to product quality and release discipline.
• Design and implement experiences that handle live market data, fast-moving prices, and real-time order states reliably.
• Make and own architectural decisions for the iOS platform to ensure the codebase scales as the product grows.
• Lead code reviews and establish strong iOS engineering standards to raise the bar for the mobile team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define APIs and data contracts.
• Help shape the overarching mobile strategy and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Significant iOS engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-quality production applications.
• Deep experience building trading, financial, or sportsbook applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK, including memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience building apps that consume live data feeds and display fast-moving information.
• A high bar for product quality and intuitive user experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for working with product and backend engineers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming APIs, or other real-time data infrastructure.
• Experience leading or mentoring other iOS engineers.
• Background in a high-growth startup environment.
