What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated fundraising strategy across digital and direct mail channels.
• Lead the direct response team while managing performance, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Oversee direct mail program lifecycle including planning, segmentation, testing, and vendor management.
• Lead digital fundraising efforts including email and SMS campaigns, landing page optimization, and donor cultivation journeys.
• Analyze data to inform testing, strategic optimization, and attribution across all fundraising channels.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define growth strategies and institutional goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital or direct response fundraising.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or professional degree preferred).
• Strong commitment to the pro-life mission of hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and ability to quickly learn new CRM platforms.
