What you will do

• Compile analysis of prior day’s trading volumes and enter data into corresponding spreadsheets.
• Update and maintain Wallboard market information.
• Assist brokers in writing up daily transactions as they occur in real time.
• Input deals in E-Confirm and compare entries with Access, recaps, and deal sheets.
• Maintain up-to-date market information throughout the day.
• Generate, assist with, and send out Link Crude Daily Report, End of Day, and Canadian Report.

Requirements

• Understanding of the role of a Broker in the domestic crude market.
• Earn Series 3 License.
• Earn Series 30 License.
• Ensure Brokers timely administration and completion of broker compliance testing.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation for all Exchange traded products.
