What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities of brokers.
• Maintain databases and prepare market reports for clients.
• Help manage internal data flow of market information.
• Undertake administrative tasks, including emails and contracts.
• Field queries and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Actively develop knowledge of the market.

Requirements

• An interest in shipping/shipbroking.
• Previous experience or exposure within shipbroking desirable.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Personable and engaging, able to build strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines.
• Fluent Mandarin speaker.
