What you will do

• Support the Property Manager in reviewing and negotiating leases and contracts.
• Assist in the acquisition and disposal of sites worldwide, involving overseas travel.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel, brokers, and specialist consultants.
• Provide oversight for major fit-out and premises Capex projects.
• Offer property-related support and advice to individual site leaders.
• Maintain accurate property records and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 honours or equivalent, preferably in a STEM subject.
• 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above, including English and Maths.
• Valid passport is required as overseas travel is part of this role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-working skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to balancing full-time work with academic study.
