What you will do

• Produce high-quality equity research outputs used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Build and review financial models that reflect industry best practices and sound analytical judgment.
• Break down your analytical process into clear, structured reasoning that can be understood and learned by AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated research outputs for financial accuracy, logical consistency, professional tone and structure, and data completeness.
• Provide feedback that helps improve model performance, robustness, and realism.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research, product, and engineering teams to refine workflows and expectations.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in equity research, asset management, hedge funds, or related investment roles.
• Strong command of financial statement analysis, forecasting and valuation methodologies, and industry and company-level research frameworks.
• Ability to clearly articulate investment logic, assumptions, and trade-offs.
• High standards for analytical rigor, accuracy, and presentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
• Interest in the intersection of finance and AI and how expert judgment can be translated into intelligent systems.

Nice to have

• Experience writing published equity research or internal investment memos.
• Exposure to multiple sectors or global markets.
• Familiarity with how investors consume and act on research.
• Curiosity about model behavior, edge cases, and failure modes in analytical reasoning.
• Experience working with generative AI, and have perspective on what is and is not useful.
