Senior Onboarding Specialist (French)

Senior Onboarding Specialist (French): Responsible for onboarding Enterprise clients within the French Market on the hirify.global platform, defining the best onboarding strategy, leading change within the customer's organization, and providing technical support related to integrations and account setup with an accent on change management and adoption. Focus on delivering a 7-star experience for clients during the onboarding process.

Location: Hybrid, based within commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona hub.

What you will do

• Prepare and execute onboarding plans through project management.
• Lead customers through the journey of introducing a new travel tool and policies in their organization.
• Drive client onboarding forward by providing influential recommendations and creating urgency for client stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned and cooperating towards the common goal of full ramp up of the customer.
• Provide technical support to clients as they set up integrations to marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
• Manage the rollout of a new platform for your clients; providing guides, templates and recommendations to the client on how to ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in an international environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
• Tech-savvy and a fast learner, comfortable with new tools and systems.
• Ability to work with larger accounts, managing higher expectations, larger customer stakeholder groups, and higher customer demands.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years experience in project management.
• Prior experience in a SaaS implementation role.
• Prior startup experience.
