What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for scale-tier accounts, including leading kickoff calls and guiding integration.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate account data within Salesforce to track go-live timelines and renewal dates.
  • Execute a quarterly check-in cadence for your book of ~30 accounts using usage one-pagers.
  • Prioritize and perform proactive outreach to 4–6 accounts per quarter based on usage signals.
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle to ensure process efficiency and proactively identify churn risks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to work on-site in New York or Austin.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role such as technology, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large book of 20+ accounts with varying timelines and priorities.
  • Proactive, urgent, and highly detail-oriented approach to operational tasks.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a Series A–C fintech or developer-tools environment.
  • Exposure to usage-based or API-driven pricing models.
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling like Salesforce or Notion.
