What you will do
- Reduce churn and downgrades by engaging customers during critical moments such as cancellation requests.
- Handle downgrade inquiries and manage escalations to retain revenue.
- Identify and close product adoption gaps to ensure customers maximize platform value.
- Partner with Tier 1 Support, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver high-impact customer interactions.
- Provide consultative guidance and handle objections using automation and usage-based signals.
Requirements
- Spanish Bilingual proficiency is required.
- Strong ability in objection handling and consultative guidance.
- Proven track record in retention-focused customer support roles.
- Ability to leverage product knowledge and usage signals to drive adoption.
- Must be located in the United States.
