What you will do

  • Reduce churn and downgrades by engaging customers during critical moments such as cancellation requests.
  • Handle downgrade inquiries and manage escalations to retain revenue.
  • Identify and close product adoption gaps to ensure customers maximize platform value.
  • Partner with Tier 1 Support, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver high-impact customer interactions.
  • Provide consultative guidance and handle objections using automation and usage-based signals.

Requirements

  • Spanish Bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Strong ability in objection handling and consultative guidance.
  • Proven track record in retention-focused customer support roles.
  • Ability to leverage product knowledge and usage signals to drive adoption.
  • Must be located in the United States.
