• Shape the bigger picture by refining what to build and why, contributing to squad goals and long-term vision.
• Architect scalable and evolvable systems and data models, accounting for performance and long-term maintenance.
• Lead across boundaries by communicating complex ideas across multiple teams and driving alignment.
• Raise the bar for everyone around you by mentoring less experienced colleagues and modeling great engineering practices.
• Define and uphold engineering excellence, including CI/CD optimizations and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Translates complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Engineers sophisticated backend solutions involving API versioning and complex data migration plans.
• Oversees operational security, including secrets hygiene and dependency risk management.
• Coordinates multi-team deliverables and aligns stakeholders to resolve technical blockers.
• English is the official language at the office.
