What you will do

• Lead complex prototyping projects and contribute to detailed design of UAV systems.
• Develop software (apps and embedded) to enable feasibility testing and system validation.
• Integrate new hardware into existing drone architecture for evaluation and testing.
• Assess requirements for new capabilities and create integration concepts.
• Define test strategies, design advanced test stands, and lead test campaigns.
• Verify prototypes and first articles against technical and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in prototyping, system validation, or product development, ideally in UAVs, robotics, or aerospace.
• Solid knowledge of digital and analog electronics and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming (C/C++, Python, MATLAB, C#) and test automation.
• Experience with CAD tools (CATIA and Fusion preferred) and rapid prototyping technologies.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
